Setup

Connect in three steps

No code, no Zapier. LinkForge's native connectors handle authentication, field mapping, and data normalization automatically.

1. Authenticate

Click "Connect CRM" in Settings > Integrations. LinkForge uses OAuth 2.0 for Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. For Bitrix24 and amoCRM, enter your API token from the admin panel. Credentials are stored encrypted and never logged.

2. Map fields

Choose which click data flows into your CRM. Map LinkForge fields — utm_source, utm_campaign, click_timestamp, device_type, geo_location — to custom or standard CRM fields. Default mappings are pre-configured for the top 12 CRM platforms.

3. Activate triggers

Enable real-time push or batch sync (every 15 minutes). Set conditions: "push when a link is clicked more than 5 times in 24 hours" or "send only when a conversion goal is reached." Toggle triggers per link or globally.

Lead source attribution

When a prospect clicks a LinkForge shortened URL, the full UTM chain, referrer, and campaign ID are appended to the lead record. Example: a click on lnkforge.io/sum24 from a Mailchimp newsletter tagged with utm_source=mailchimp&utm_campaign=summer_promo populates the "Lead Source" and "Campaign" fields on the HubSpot contact card within 2 seconds.

Client card enrichment

LinkForge appends a "Link Interactions" timeline to existing contacts and deals. Each entry includes click date, device (desktop/mobile/tablet), city, ISP, and the specific shortened link. Sales reps at companies like TechNova and GreenPath use this timeline to re-engage leads who clicked but didn't convert — increasing follow-up response rates by 34% on average.

Automatic task creation

Define rules that generate tasks or deals when thresholds are met. Example rules used by our customers: "Create a 'Qualified Lead' task in Pipedrive when a single contact clicks 3+ links within 48 hours," or "Open a deal in Bitrix24 with stage 'Negotiation' when a link tied to a pricing page reaches 10 unique clicks."
